The Office Manager works directly with the Executive Director to assist him or her in the smooth execution of AVillage programs and projects. The Office Manager coordinates office administration, including payroll and financial management, working with outside payroll and accounting firms under oversight by the ED and the Board Treasurer. Our ideal candidate is a great communicator; works well as part of a team of board members, staff, and volunteers; is eager to learn new skills and systems and loves to solve problems.
